Hands on approach.....?
Hi.. I am in my 5th season now, my reputation is on the up, and so are most of my manager stats... However, my "hands on approach" stats are very low.. What the hell is it? how do i improve that one??

arranging friendlies, controlling reserve/u18's, negotiating all contracts, doing all team talks and picking all the teams...i think (not sure tho) that doing your own coaching counts towards it too, ie designing schedules etc

It's cosmetic, so I wouldn't worry too much. My hands-on approach rating is usually pretty low, and I don't try to do anything about it because it's cosmetic, so I can't really help you. But, yeah. There's nothing to worry about.

Although you would think it is all that stuff mentioned... I believe it is how much you tinker with tactics in matches.

i have high hands on approach, i think its to do with responded with anything other than no comment when the media ask me questions!
