There must be a skin creator musn't (if musn't isnt a real word you know what I mean) there.
How do top skinners create there skins?
They can't change it 10x10 pixels surely?

Never made a skin so i have no idea, but i think that they might use pre-loaded skins as sort of 'templates' to change it to how they want.
Was a thread for a skinning guide a while back so search to ind it.

yeah. most skinners use a template of an already made skin. I have tried this and its the hardest thing ever to do  but with lots of time and effort and knowledge it can be done, so read that guide what Sean has put up for you

The doc is a zip file.. you need ot unzip the files within it..
There is a word Doc.. and alot of templates which can be opened in Photoshop or Painshop Pro

no. I mean the actual word document, says something about graphics, says it originated from word 97?
Can you copy and paste it on here or host it on rapidshare or something?
all i need is the word doc

SI, have yo ever thought about making a skin creator? I have an idea of what it would do, but not a clue how to make it, i was wondering if it could be a programme which would allow you to change panels, titles ect. and then decompile it for you...
But i know i am talking bull s.
