There is no 'skin creator' or editor of any sort. All the graphics for the game are created in Photoshop and all the xml files are coded by hand (Notepad++ is good). This isn't likely to change in the near future.

What i think he means is an editor not unlike an html-editor, in "the old days" you would have to edit your html by hand (in notepad or something) but graphical editors came along and thats probably all he meant is an editor that allows you to see (more or less) realtime what you are creating. Offcourse you could still choose to use only notepad but hey why make it harder than it has to be.

Yeah I know that's what he meant but we don't have anything like that at the moment and to be perfectly honest I wouldn't want a lot of development time spent on something like this which may provide more problems that it's worth!

I plan on putting up some helpful topics when I get the chance, hopefully next week sometime. It's almost impossible to cover everything though.

What I wanted to do was some tutorials on how to do various things that are enough to get you started.

Nice one! and you said something about image slicing on tazskools guide? maybe you could include that as well. I want to make a good adidas or sky sports skin but dont know where to start
