i have a picture i want to put into 95 height and width pixel. but when i drag the image i want to use into the small box where the picture must be it just shows part of the picture like the nose.

how do i show the whole picture?

Open a new window, and set the size to how big you want it and drag the layer into that window.

Is the window big enough size?
Remove the layer from it. Got to Image > Image size and make it bigger.

on the original picture go on image > image size ## and readjust
