Some ppl know about xml then they can make their own skin. But sometimes for me, those skin still have something that really annoy me.
I just want to re-edit it.
But I'm just expert in photoshop, illus, ...
So can SI create a tool that users can make their onw skins ???

There is no such tool and it would take a very long time to create such a thing. At the moment we prefer to use the development time to work on the game.

i made a thread about a skin creator also, but i realise guides and a faq page maybe more helpful, have you started on those guides yet Ter and can you answer my skinning question please i made?

I suggested this ages ago, but as a non-programmer even I can recognise this is not going to come from SI. If anything, it will be unofficial, but to be honest I doubt there is anyone out there willing to give up so much time
