I have the pictures, they are great quality, but to big. So i resize them, i know where to put them. I just dont know how to create/use the xml thing. Can anyone help?

this is a record you will need to insert for every picture. where it says john keeley, this will be the name of the picture i suggest naming them all with the unique id. the number at the end is the unique id of the player you want the pic to go to.

if you copy and a paste a config file then edit it with the above you will have success.

Open it in notepad and you'll be able to edit it from there

Wow thanks guys it works. And my pictures look amazing. Now bristol rovers have official team pictures, including many youth players aswell.
