Bear in mind stadium IDs are sometimes different from team IDs (especially if they've moved stadium within the last two years). There's currently no editor for FM 2007 though, so to find out what those ID numbers are, you'll have to wait until the final release.

TRFC-As manager of England I would like the stadium pics to be shown when I check out all the English league results,Is this not possible at all or can it be done when the final release is out??

As I've already said, looking back at the games doesn't produce a picture of the stadium - this is because of the way the game is programmed so there's nothing that can be done about that unfortunately.

would anyone like to get in contact with me and we can work together and make a mega patch of stadium match backgrounds. i need help with the config files if someone is happy to do that then i am happy to put together all of the pictures we can start with europe and then work our way forward from that

I think you can also have player backgrounds with "player/<id>/background". I haven't tried this yet, but it always used to work.
