1. where is the graphics folder for this.
2.is it possible for me to make it one big graphic.
3. how do you get the colour to change to the teams colour, like the turnstyle one.

When I say tree menu I mean the grey box on the left.

1. Graphics are located in:
data\graphics\interface\tree

The blue/green box actions box part is located in:
\data\graphics\menu\actions

2. No. It comes in two parts - Top and bottom, with each part made from 3 parts (_top, _middle and _bottom).
The cloest you can get to one graphic is to give the _top and _bottom graphics a height of 1pixel and the _middle graphics the full height. Then you have to do the same for the bottom part of the tree.
Though bar in mind that your tree menu may be distorted for people not using the standard 1024x768 resolution.

3. It is possible, look at the code for the titlebar in the header. The main problem with doing this is that for some teams the tree menu will become unreadable (i.e. India light blue background, blue text, Barcelona blue background and red text etc...)
