I am editing some pics for my game and have been doing for the past few days. I am using photoshop to edit/scale my pictures. I have run into a problem which i hope some of you editing experts might be able to help me with. when i open my picture that i want to edit after i have drawn a box around the part of the picture i want it used to have an arrow enabling me to move the box where i wanted but now it just has 2 small crosses and if i try to move them it draws another box. i tried clicking the arrow icon but this just moves the picture not the box i drew. I have re-installed photoshop but no luck.
Can anybody help me to change the setting back?
