What's the process of creating a new skin for FM 2007?

I've created skins for 2006 by copy & pasting current skins and changing the graphics and skin-name.xml file, but there aren't many graphics in the flexion folders. Only the graphics\menu\actions images, which DO change when I edit them in photoshop.

All the graphics are in data\graphics, but when I copy them across into my skins folder, it continues to use the images from data\graphics instead of data\skins\myskin\graphics.

How do you create a skin from scratch properly?

It's the same way as FM2006 (and FM2005), copy the graphics you want to change into the folder for your skin and edit/replace them.

If this isn't working for you then make sure you have the skin cache turned off, and make sure the graphics are in the correct folder and named correctly (several things have moved places in FM2007, the quick flick buttons for example have moved and changed names - so make sure what you have matches the xml files and is correct).
