how do i do it basically?

i have a picture (.png) file that is 90 x 90 pixels. i have a config.xml file in CDocuments and Settings\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\graphics\pictures.
i have use skin cahce unticked and reload skin on confirmation ticked but still nothing.
Anybody know why it wont work??

You need to make sure that the title of your pic is spelt correctly in your config and also that your ID (or details are) correctly listed.

The line from the config I use is below:

<record from="fredmanager" to="graphics/pictures/person/fred bloggs 31-1/portrait"/>

The picture I have is called fredmanager.png

The bit that says "fred bloggs 31-1" is my name and birthday as entered in the game. You can quote your ID there instead of these details and it will still work.

As you have mentioned you will need to turn off skin cache and reload your skin to make sure changes show.

If you are still having problems can you quote the line from your config here it might be easier to help if you do.

the line im using is <record from="raoulduke" to="graphics/pictures/person/raoul duke 19-11/portrait"/>

picture im using is raoulduke.png
everything seems to be spelt correctly so im highly confused.
