Is it possible to create a file for international fixtures??

Wales played Bulgaria at the start of the season, and then played Brazil at the start of September. There was also the friendly between Brazil and Argentina at White Hart Lane.

Is it possible to put these fixtures in??

hmm, I remember there was a DDT-file with international friendlies last year. would be very nice to see one for fm2007 again

The Brazil/Argentina friendly (which was actually at The Emirates) is already on the game, at the correct ground.

It would be good to get this though with all the friendlies correct.

Also is it possible to have club friendlies set up as they were in real life?

Yes it is possible.
You have to make an EDT file and place it in the EDT folder below your database's name.

The fixtures in it should look like this :
