what is the highest value CA for a player?

and

What is the highest PA value for a player?

(I'm asking coz attributes scoop low sometimes)

CA Max = 200 OR -10
PA Max = 200 OR -10

why -10? I read somewhere on this forum that if a player has a PA of -10 then they can become a wonderkid? I thought the max would be 200(for obvious reasons) ...what does the -10 stand for then?

I think it's for PA between 170 and 200 so as to leave something to actually training a player and suchlike

If you set the PA to -10 there is a change the player will appear with a PA of 200, but also with a PA of 170 of anything in between. It makes the game replayable without having the same values everytime.
-9 means a PA between 150 and 180 etc
