Can someone upload the english language fix for the editor to somewhere that weill actually let me download, i've clicked that a few times and left it to load for about 10 minutes, but it goes nowhere

not sure really, depends on how much you change it, e.g. if you turn ca from 50 into 200 then it takes a good few weeks in game time.

I downloaded it and replaced the txt file with the English one and when I tried to use it the program just hung and wouldn't work....
