Default Applying changes in Save Game
New to this editing malarky - is it possible to apply changes to the datatbase to a game already running or do you have to start over again for these changes to be applied i.e. changed 'Champions Cup' to 'UEFA Champions League' etc.?

You'll have to download a savegame editor: FMM 2.1

But you can not edit everything with it: mainly player stats/CA/PA, team colors, team finances, stadiums, team rep,...

Changing CC to UEFA CL won't work though.
