Default kit color changing, unavailable in fm 2007 ??

I just read on a thread that kit colour changing in the fm 2007 is/will be unavailable. Is this true ? It would be so good to get an official answer on this

yeah ..or else!
I usually changed team colours to green or olive. Quite simply because it´s so much easier on the eyes.
I know, I know : "the reds", "the blues" whatever.

In another thread someone said that colors can still be edited this way:

go to the data\db where you install FM2006, go into the .ln-c (without the -)\all folder (if you still have it) and either open one of the existing .ln-c files (without the -) with notepad or create one (not sure if it matters which one) and add the following lines in:
"COLOUR_CHANGE"1160128200722552400
"COLOUR_CHANGE"1161255240012820072
"COLOUR_CHANGE"1162000255255255

the first number "116" would be the teams unique ID.
The next number I'm assuming is the kit 0 - home, 1 -away 2 - third.
The next three numbers "128" "200" "72" will control the colour of the foreground(?) first number being amount of red, second amount of green and third amount of blue (values can go from 0 - 255, 0 0 0 - black, 255 255 255 - white)

The next three numbers "255" "240" "0" should then be the background colour (or the foreground colour if the other is the background).

To find the RGB values of the colour you want load up MS Paint (Or any paint program) goto colours edit colours - define custom colours, select the colour you want and remember the RGB colours in the bottom right and put them into the file in the corresponding places

The game release is delayed for a week in my country, so I wasn't able to test if this works or not; if some of you guys already have the game, you can try and see if it works, and after that, maybe you can report back here and tell us if it worked or not
