I was wondering if someone has made (or can) a mod that allows you to add all players from whole or parts of continents, e.g like the options you get to send your scouts to regions. this would make it a whole lot easier to add more players when starting a new game!!! I dont have the faintest clue how to do the first thing of editing so i dont know how hard/easy this would be

I have a ddt that retains all African nations, one that retains all North American nations, and one for the entire world.

But i would have no idea how to upload them
