I am playing as a manager of team USA for WORLDCUP. I am now in year of 2014...ready for the another worldcup.
I just wanna know what do u have to edit in editor so your country makes the well-rounded great player processed by computer which literally means fake player (that has 3-D made profile picture)
b/c I was hoping that the new players in USA (which I chose) will have some potential but instead I keep having unbalanced shitty fake players while well known countries like England, Brazil, France, etc. having new fake players as good as Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney, etc.

So my question is what should I edit so the country I will be choosing would make new players with great ability and potential???

I think it's like this:

You are playing USA, therefore the game will generate lots of new US 'fake players' (or Freds). The reason they are sh1tty is probably because the reputation of the USA is far lower than Brazil, England etc.

I stand to be corrected, but that's my guess.
