I have loaded an 8.0.1 database and saved it as something new so I can create a new database. I have then edited the new database creating a new player with the ID 1394643487. I can't seem to put a skin to the new player?

i.e If I create a skin and put it in the config.xml row

<record from="carragher" to="graphics/pictures/person/2003693/portrait"/>

then I can put a picture in for Carragher. If I change the ID in that config.xml file to 1394643487 my new player will not get the picture of Carragher (not that I actually would, but it's only for example) but if I changed the ID to a non-new player like Crouch (ID 4000327) like this

<record from="carrangher" to="graphics/pictures/person/4000327/portrait"/>

the Carragher picture would go on Crouchy's.

Why can I not put skins onto new players created in a new database? Is it something to do with the new ID's not being in "graphics/pictures/person/"?
