Hey....I've always wondered about this and basically just made up my own method, so I was wondering what way most of ye do this.

When applying coachs to certain things (ie defending, tactics etc.) How many coachs do u set to each setting. I'm only allowed 7 coachs by my Sunderland board and the people I start with arent the best.

Any Advise?

In an ideal world you would have one coach for each are so that you would get 5 stars for each area.

Set your coaches to as few areas as possible, in the areas they are best at.

The stars will tell you how well you have set them up. It's common sense for goodness sake.

Ok...thats what I normally do.
Was just wondering if there was another way.
