hi i'm on season 09/10 with aston villa first 2 season i come in the top 5 of the league had poor cup runs tho, then last season i had a terrible season in the league battled relegation all season finished 15th, but won the league cup and uefa cup beat west ham in both finals, this season my league for has had no change and currently sit 15th after 12 games and knocked out of league cup first round, surley with the players at my disposal i should be doing much better can any1 suggest amnything which may help my team improve.
