ok guys i know this sounds silly but im not sure so have to ask.

if i want a CREATIVE player does his creativity have to be bigger than flair.

(ie) creat-15..... flair-10

and vise versa for if i want FLAIR over creativity.

a creative player will create chances for his team mate. A player with good flair will work magic for himself.

yeah i understand that, but if i want a creative player more, does his creative have to be more than flair

They are mutually exclusive. So no.

The thing you should be looking for in a creative player is 'decisions' since he might be very creative but try stuff that isn't appropriate where as if he has good decisions then he will know when to make the creativity work for the team.

Also creative players are more effective if their passing is up to scratch too.
