hello guys, im playing 4-4-2 diamond and passing direct and quick tempo and passing down flanks, here is my problem.

when my defenders pass down the flanks my wingers dont go after the ball, my strikers come from the centre to the wings and collect it, but when they do ive got no one in the centre as my strikers have come out to the wings.

any idea's why please.

Try reducing forward runs and creative freedom on the Strikers, but more importantly, try increasing the mentality of the wingers.
