I took over AC Mantova in early November. My record is this P 10 W 1 D 3 L 7, I am 21st in the league, and am seriously struggling. My coaches are all good, and the stats show that my training is doing wonders for the players. Which leaves my tactics. I am currently playing a 4-1-4-1, which has given little sign of improvement fter 5 matches. I have also set the mentality to defensive, and the tempo to slow. The board and supporters are quickly losing faith in me. What should I do?
im in serie b at the moment, i'll try out the two strikers tip! So what mentality and tempo should i use? Should i have a target man, playmaker, close down and what formation do you suggest? As i said, help is VERY much appreciated

No playmaker if i was you, doubt there's enough quality in your side. I would only really use a targetman in a lower league side if they were really good in the air and just loft the ball with direct passing. I'd go defensive mentality, with a deepish defense and play at a quick tempo with counter attack on.
Play your big striker on a lower mentality than the quick one, which hopefully you have, and basically, you will absorb pressure pressure, hoof the ball towards your big fella and he will flick it on towards the quick one who can score.
Hope it works, worked a treat for me at Farsley Celtic.
