I've been playing SI games since forever! but from FM 2005 everytime i get to Christmas my team starts losing games, drawing games they shouldn't and nothing i do will stop it and i'll end up from being top at christmas to finishing 4th by the end.

I'm Arsenal by the way...

I'm rotating my players so they get a rest (i've also tried not giving them rest), making sure all my players are doing training in the area that will be most beneficial to them and there position.

i play the basic 4-4-2, slightly attacking football, slighly short passing team like are Arsenal are in real life. henry playmaker.

DR Eboue
DC Toure
DC Gallas
MR Helb/Walcott (bringing him in slowly)
ML Rosiky
MC Fabregas
MC Gilberto
FW Henry
FW Baptita

Baptita plays top on the right and is out scoring henry who plays top left, even though henry has loads of assists!

Van persie also does well but complains that he wants a move so doesn't really figure in my plans and cause the teams morale to drop.

I haqve 20M to spend at the start of the season so where do you think i need to improve or is it down to my tactics?

Have a search through this forum and look for threads about "re-ranking" which explains why this is happeneing and how to get round it- it happens to us all!
