I may have the wrong forum section - but can anyone offer me selling tips as I am a player who just buys and buys players with eventually the majority of my players being unhappy obviously because i cant play them all.

Bad management I know but I cant get to grips with the selling thing - no one wants my players

release them and make sure before you offer them mutual termination disiplin them for no reason and fine 2 weeks wages and set transfer status not needed and offer him mutual termination and theyll go and then your sorted

trouble with this approach is that it would also make his squad unhappy with a few of them moaning about treatment of a team mate

If you set the asking price to '0' it will mean other clubs will be interested because they are so cheap.

then start doing offer to clubs at prices you think are ok and bring it down until someone will pay.

although you wont ever get face value for unwanted players, I sold pennant for about 3mil (worth 5) and bellamy for 1.something mil (although i could have got more i wanted him out!)

Scout every player you plan on buying with a scout who has judging player potential 20.

Only buy players with 7+ stars potential ability and you shouldn't ever have a problem getting rid of them.
