When individually selecting a player's mentality, does the team mentality affect him at all?

For example you give each player there own mentality, does this cancell out the team mentality option?

This is a question much debated.

IMO it does not completely override the team instructions.

Read Cleon's Sheffield thread and wwfan's TT&F thread, also check out the bible sticky at the top. And hopefully you will be as confused as I am, by geniuses having differing opinions
