Recently I encounter more and more cases of players who are jaded and in need of rest.
Case example
He is 22, so not extremely young. He has only featured in half of the games I've played (8/16 league, 3/6 CL). At the moment of the screenshot, he hasn't played a game in 2 weeks, and I've given him 3, 3 and 1 day rest from training since that last game.
Yet, he is still jaded and in need of rest.
Last season I had a player who had this for over 3 months, never getting rid of it. =\
All players are happy with their training schedule, it is a few notches below the medium-high mark.
Something which is definatly not helping, is that he is playing games for the Brazil U23 and the normal Brazil national team, who don't really seem to care what his fitness is. It would be nice if there where some more interactions possible between club-manager and national team coach to avoid these things.
But in the other cases, players didn't even have such a busy international schedule, so I doubt that is the only reason why this is occuring.
Does anyone have any ideas what is causing this, and any ways to get around it?
