I hope someone can help me because I am beginning to go nuts.
I am playing the game as Rangers in the SPL and am in my fourth season. The problem is that every season things are great in the first few months win 90% of games, socre loads of goals, concede very few always qualify for knockout stage of Europe etc etc. However come jan 1st it all goes wrong I lose about 90% of games, can't score to save opurselves and are conceding goals at an alarming rate and this happens every season so does anyone have any tips on how to stop this? i have tried new signings and new training and even changing the team talk but to to no avail so any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Personally I have witnessed a bit of a hole with all teams for several FM versions already. I always kinda blamed it on

a) the team being a bit tired

b) the other teams getting a hang of your tactics by now

so what I do is use a bit more rotation and do a few changes in tactics, e.g. playing with away tactics at home, tweaking them a bit or somethign alike. It seems to confuse the opponents and then you can probably soonish go back to what used to work for you before.

This is the most rediculous thing in the game. It happens suddenly every January and it's such a massive turnaround.
