this is one of my first posts, been reading theese forums since 07 release, would like to give thans to, WWFAN,CLEON,DAYLE WOOD,AND ZENITH for all your screenshots.
Screenshots are crucial for me as downloading has not been possible so thanks for your efforts guys.
heres my point i can not download a god damn thing so can anyone poiint me in the direction of training screenshots they recomend. thanks

Cleon's training schedule is pretty highly rated. I use it myself. It's in typical Cleon style too, ie screenshots. Just run a search for CH training 2007 and you should find it
