Hello Everyone,

I've just uploaded my first tactic, that I have developed from scratch. I have used the various tactic threads on here to gain an understanding of different methods used by people - all very valuable.

A very big thanks to the moderators on the boards - your a great help to people trying to develop their own.

I used to download tactics from here myself, but I wanted to be proud of my own work for once!

So, the tactic - I LOVE 433's - so I wanted to make this work. I started a game as Chelsea by myself, as they have good forward players who can double up as wingers. I have not tryed the tactics with any other team yet, so please please please download and see if this works for you. I'm pretty confident it will - but as with all tactis - you need the players to make it work, which is why I chose Chelsea. Please don't try it if your players don't fit the bill.

About the tactic:

The 4 defenders and the MC with barrow are set to defend, and defend only - they are your base, and won't attack in open play very much at all. Attacking is left to the 2 MC's and 3 forwards. 5 v 5.

The FR & FL should ideally be good at Dribbling, Crossing & Pace - thats a good start. You'll find they will break very quick, I've scored a whole lot from these guys.

Your FC, who will score the most goals - should have good stats for: Finishing, Off The Ball, Composure & Pace.

I've set him as the target man - but not actually ticked 'Use Target Man' on the team instructions - I personally find this works very very well. His supply is set to be run onto ball - the 2 MC's are set to try through balls often, so are the FR & FL - it really does work well. To make this work effectivley, remember to drag your FC as the target man.

The defensive line is quite deep - allowing the team to press on you - ready to hit them on the Counter Attack.

Your 2 MC's should have the usual for this position: Passing, Creativity, Long Shots... Positioning & Work Rate may be an added bonus!

Your back line should all have good Tackling & Positioning.

I find that for the full backs, a strong fullback will do a better job than a wingback type player, who is slightly more attacking, a more defensive player is best.

I have also created an away tactic, which plays the ball more directly, defensive line is slightly more deep - and more defensive - the idea is to sit back again, but when hitting them on the counter - be more direct - so my chances should be more quality... but at the same time not risking it all! I frequently change between the 2, the shape isn't different really - just the instructions. The FR & FL are set to track back - to put pressure on the oppositions full backs.

PLEASE NOTE: the instructions on the screen shots have slightly changed, after some tips from other users (thanks for those who helped!) - but it gives you an idea of how the tactic shapes up.

The tactc works VERY well for me, and I will be testing it on other teams shortly - but I'd ideally like some feedback from other people who will download it.

I'd play beckham the right sided MC if i were you. And if you have a left footed MC - pley him as the left sided MC.
