Jamie69 - I've used this with Spurs before with very good results. I used lennon as the fr - and had him re-training to be a FC too. He's ideal for this role as he's so fast.

The FR / FL can be AMR / L or FC's - providing they have the right stats....

Look for high pace & acceleration, crossing, off the ball - and make sure in the 'positions' part that they have a very strong foot - ir FL should be left footed etc.

Perfect players I ave found for them roles: delgado, palacio & lavezzi

You also mention the defence, I have had mixed result s- but would appreciate any help and defensive experts have! But I've found that in the DR/L positions, I do my hardest not to use attacking fullback who can play wingbacks, and left mids - just go for through and through fullbacks.

If you have defenders who have good passing - that will be a bonus.

Opposition instructions - I don't use them that often, not from a start of a match. Normally keep an eye on the game and see if anyone is causing you problems.

Pele 10 and I are waiting for the patch to be out and continue testing with this one, we will let you all know.

In the meantime, again - anybody who can help with the defensive structure of this formation - basically looking at the 4 defenders and the central MC who has a barrow - please ask any questions you like.

Hi Mike,
I've begun to use your tactics. Only four games gone so far but seems good. Conceding less goals and creating very good opportunities.
I like 433 formations and previous ones I've tried have left the defence far too open to vulnerability to opposition counter attacks it seems.
I'm playing with an English League 2 set up so often this can be very different to performances you get with a tactic from that with using a a top league side.
So far though things look good, two 10 ratings in one of the games and the away tactic has brought 2 wins and a draw, the draw against the league leaders.
I'll let you know more once I've tested further.

Just reporting back....The home tactic, does not seem to be workin for my Swansea side, but the away version works wonders and combining your away tactic and another tactic for home matches has got me into the championship. Currently in the play-offs in my first season in the championship.

Jayhinton - good luck in the playoffs - you seem to have it working well.

Also - for my game, I'm liverpool in one at the mo - nearing the end of the first season and I'm 2nd. In the final of the champs league too - so not a bad season so far - all this with no signings!

All teams I have tried it with, it has worked well - but I've only tried it with teams that have the right players to play in this tactic. Im really happy with it, and have made no tweaks.

Not saying its perfect, but with the correct players, good training schedules & coaches in place - it's one of the most successful i've used on this game so far!

Im doing ok but around 5th after six games despite beating liverpool, chelsea and arsenal in 3 succesive games.
