Player unhappy with training and I'm not sure why.
I have one player Anthony Vanden Borre who is unhappy with his training. He was fine before but I recently checked him out and found this. I train in a Fullbacks schedule since that's how I play him. I have other fullbacks in the schedule and they're all fine with their training. Any suggestions?

Its most likely because the training schedules work load is too high. The reason nobody else is unhappy with it is probably because of the fact that all the players have different personalitys. Try lower some of the bars a little and wait to see if there are any changes
Hope this helps

Or you could tutor him with one of the more professionel players in your team ( use " could benefit from X players approach to the game")
Or just accept hes not going to improve hes abilites alot via training
Last option is just sell him..

I figured I'd leave him there too. He did show a good deal of improvement. He's currently a wonderkid.

If he's unhappy with training, when you go to Training for that player, it should say "unhappy with the high training workload". That means you need to notch it down a step for the overall. If you don't, you risk injuries and minimally poor morale, which equals poor performances in-game. Supposedly it will also mean his abilities won't improve as much, although I'm not sure if this is true.
What I've done it take my optimal training schedules, duplicated them, and then re-named the duplicates with -lower, meaning they have a lower work load. I then take the overall training slider for each one and notch it down from Medium a couple of spots and move players into those training groups that are unhappy. I'll let players sit there for a week, and then move them back to the regular training. Works pretty well.
