Sorry mate, its against the rules to ask for tactics or training schedules.

I'd suggest looking in the unnoficial tactic bible and pay special attention to posts from any of the mods or people like wwfan, asmodeus, the next diaby, millie, FuSS, justified, buxton, and of course i will always be willing to help you
