alright,

i have just signed a few promising south americans (under 20)and naturally they are denied work permits. if i send a player to my malaga affiliate- how many years before they qualify? i hear 4 years. also, when they come back from a season long loan, then i send them back out, does the game remember how long they have been away for, in total?! i assume not but i have never had a player who has qualifyed and dont believe its possible!

don't know if you're aware that having a belgian club as an affiliate means they only need 3 years on loan there. i took 5 young players into my aberdeen game and have just sent them out for their third year at my belgian affiliate, however one of them will be out of contract at the end of the season so i offered him a new deal which he accepted and for some reason hes been given a work permit, which has totally baffled me as hes not played a single game for colombia yet and no before anyone says he must have spanish as a second nationality the answer is "no" haha. i really can't understand it at all as hes never even been called up for a full international squad yet.

Everytime they play a game for the club where there on loan, then just keep offering them a new contract, if they accect it and it say's noting to do with a work permit then just recall them and it should be alright, this way it's much quicker, because you can have your player back within 6 months instead of 3 years.
