On the main page select the tab called New and choose discussion.

Then follow the format of first posts like in other club thread, the more info the better.

and then post it, once its up and running, copy the link and paste it here for Cleon to add it to the list.

Mind that you will need to play with the team for at least 1 season before you make the thread.
