Im too lazy to check how he is in the beginning of the game but in the season of 2008-2009 he is amazing.

He was best signing for Serie B Juventus, then played brilliantly despite having average stats, He is young and will grow into a brilliant player, he keeps first team players out of the side. Good for a championship side then after the year or 2 of experience is definetly ready for EPL. Other leagues included of course just using an example.
