Same as coaches. However, when purchasing coaches, try to get them with "working with youngsters" attribute otherwise you'll have to buy youth coaches as well. It also helps to have one youth coach with high judging potential and ability so that you can use him for coach reports.

The attributes I look for goes as follows . . .

- Working With Youngsters (handles youth and reserve squad)
- Judging Player Ability
- Judging Player Potential
- Tactical Knowledge
One attribute I wonder about is "motivating." If he has high motivating, maybe he should handle my team talk? Who knows . . .
I guess it could be useful for the reserve and youth squad when managing them. It's something I've thought about but haven't put into use.
