if a players PA is just say 150 is there any chance his PA could improve depending on how he trains and matchs he plays and if so how much by.

No- PA is fixed and can only drop and even then it had to be a very serious, long term injury for this to happen

Nope. only his CA will improve

in theoy do u think the game should as players are developed by managers and some make more progress and what they first thought....i think this would be a good add if possible

limit on peoples abiliy should be driven by how he plays trains and managers influence and also players around him
