As the title says, van Persie has been unsettled for over 8 months (I'm in my 2nd season).
He:
wants a new challenge,
wants to be trasfer listed,
considering his options.

I play him 1st 11 in every match, praise him with the post-match team-talk. tell the press about his good/great performance once a month.

I am in his list of favoured personnel.

He wont let me offer him a contract, what can I do?

I'm guessing; the only way to settle him is to keep playing him, and praising him?

Or will he never settle. Must I sell him

if he stays unsettled and he is in his last year than sell him

so keep playing him is always good for his value

Oh cool. I thought he would never settle. He's got another 3 years on his contract.

Hopefully he wont unsettle other players.
