Default In need of some good (old n cheap) mentors

I'm in season 3 with Barca and I've sold a lot of my big players.

I want to bring in some old guys in January (on a 1 year contract) to tutor my kids.

The main youngsters I want to mentor are;
Bouzanis, Olazabal, Sakho, San Roman, Thiago, D.Zola, Gai Assulin, Wijnaldum, Alex Teixeira, Iago, Kroos, Marin, Lulinha, Pjanic, I.Parlak, Saivet.

Anyone know of any experienced players that I'll be able to get for cheap just to mentor (their stats aren't important, they wont play any matches).

If there's alredy a thread like this, please direct me.

Thanks

I think your best bet is just to do a search of players over 34, with international capps, who's contracts are expiring/expired, most players will dive at the chance to play there last carrer days in barca and wont complain about not playin first team footy,
i have had Van Der Vaart tutoring Wijnaldum for 2 seasons and the kid has turned out exceptional!

Also, I wanted to know:

Is "dives into tackles" and "likes to beat man repeatedly" a good or bad thing? Seems like they're not good moves to me.
