I have used the search and not managed to find the answer so I hope someone can help.

There used to be a thread stating all the finances for the clubs including transfer budgets. The last one I could find was for FM2007 so is quite out of date. Does anyone have the details? I am particularly interested in the teams outside the top divison in each country.
