i am sure this has been answered somewhere, however. I currently manage Newcastle, I have my team in 3rd place first season near the end. Next season I hope to be I will be in europe and have won the League cup. My team are fearly good. What I wanted was a financial manager who can take my club forward, any ideas who is good and who to avoid. Any help gratefully recieved. Cheers

I think u'll find Ridsdale is the chairman of Cardiff not Swansea mate. The chairman at Luton who is in the current mess is David Pinkney.
