I've noticed a couple of international sides appointing new managers without anything being posted at the Job centre. Of course, the big upcoming tourney, World Cub 2006 hasn't started yet so I'm assuming those managers retired.

Do international jobs typically show up in the job centre, or do I have to keep checking to see if there are any openings?

I've taken over Kenya. For the most part it has been ok, but I have been on the wrong end of a pair of 5-nil beatings at the hands of Nigeria and Tunisia.

No clubs for me in this game, just good old fashion drubbings from the top international teams in the world. My next four friendlies are England, France, Brazil, and Argentina. :eek:

I managed algeria for a while (not in the same league as guatemala i know). Did ok in the world cup qualifyers but lost my way in the later stages, lost a lot of key players to injury. There are a lot of good algerians but other nations steal them zidane for one.It was an experience though. Still managed to fluke the african nations though. I would do it again It's a nice distraction.

I was once appointed manager of Fiji. They had a couple of players move to the lower leagues in Europe and once young regen who looked half okay. Unfortuately my save died before my first game with them. They don't play friendlies so its a long wait in between games!
