I managed Cyprus for a while in one of my CM games. They were a tough team to manage as there were very few players to pick from who actually knew what a football is.

i just did it with players from the Faroe Islands. I made myself Faroese, and started a game in Malaysia, with the goal of one day getting the Faroe Islands job (and/or winning continental titles on 3 continents). I've 9 countries on 3 continents loaded, with full leagues in all 9, on normal DB. So far, there has been no flood of Faroese players -- regenerated or otherwise -- showing up in the Malaysian leagues. In fact, so far there are none.

It would be madness full stop with those two...a hell of a challenge though. I would like to take control of New Zealand just to run them into the ground.
