I decided to give it a go on the English Conf. North/South, since that's what Frank told me to...
The selected team was Weymouth, and I thought "hey, why not? This sounds like interesting... Weymouth..." (mind that I'm portuguese, and I know almost nothing about English LLM).
Anyways, started with a magnificent transfer funds of.... £0, and £1k over the wage budget.
Only 17 players in squad, one of them about to be sold by extraordinary £1k
Board and fan expectations are "mid-table".
And I think to myself... "what a wonderful game"
So, the pre-season ended pretty much as I expected, the league started, and, after a couple of loans in, the first league win at first game, 4-0 against Grays!

Can I post by a season-to-season basis?
3 seasons is a lot to me, since I only play at weekends, and the topic would vanish into the midst of pages 3 or 4....
haha, i am managing weymouth also
just started the game two days ago
i tried to loan players from everythere but no one bothers to come
anyway, i played like 5 to 6 league games now, currently placed 2nd in the league, but got the same points as the leader
too bad got knocked out by a national north club in the first round in the fa cup
