I prefer something playable. Loaded all 6 english divisions with huge database and now it takes approx. 30 minutes to get through week without a single amtch played

It did add some realism to your game.

More RAM can speed up the game a lot. If the game is to slow with huge database try a medium one. The amount of players you get is better than in previous versions with medium settings.

Huge database loads in a lot of players from all around the world. It gives you the feeling of a more realistic game play, but if you just run the English divisions, about 50% of those players will be phantoms in your game anyway.

Still i beleive processing is mostly dependant on number of leagues, while db size at some point affects just a size of save game, given advanced algorythms of text search engines.

We saw nearly no difference in processing between normal and large db on 10-20 leagues running.

My computer is crap and I know it is.

But I am not really into smaller databases thingy. My usual experiences are, that in about ten seasons, clubs stay without a type of player (like DL) and start playing other tactics to adapt. Also It seriously decreases the number of non-playing stuff in 10 or so years. Therefor, it sux arse!

I wish I could make it to 10 seasons... I play 9 countries 27 leagues and I'll be as old as Church when I get to 10 seasons.
