I am a true fan of Sport... granted I grew up w/ American Football, Baseball, and Basketball. I play Rugby, soccer (football as you call it), and am a handy wicket keeper in cricket. I never learned to Ice Skate so Hockey is out. I don't disparage a sport simply because it isn't covered on ESPN. I adopted Plymouth as my team because my wife is from there (Marital harmony and all). Besides a good match of footy is better than anything the american sports can produce... it's not called "the beautiful game" for no reason. I'll have to check out Bognor. But all sport (pardoning Golf, Curling, and Hi-Li) is good and pure.
Don't Hate. Appreciate.
Heck there's even something redeeming about hockey (Esa Tikkanen is my favorite all time player).
