While in ECN there were no questions: home games brought all the gate recepeists money to us, away games - to hosting side.
Cup money were divided in some way (50/50 assumably).
But in CON our 'Gate recepeists' budget line is completely wild. It can change on a day without match fixtured on it, or change after away matches, so it's more complicated.
Check your season tickets sales, if they're up compared to the previous season and the stadium hasn't been expanded, one can assume there are no ticket sales because most are already sold as season tickets.
I believe that season ticket money is 'earned' over the season rather than just appearing as a lump sum at the start of the season. I also have been receiving season ticket income throughout the year and I assume this is why.
I keep a strict eye on me finances, and with regards to season ticket money coming in a lump sum or, trickling in, both are right.
Most fans buy their season tickets at the start of the season (makes sense!) so you do get a lump sum there, and as the season progresses, you sill get people buying season tickets, but the further through the season you are, the less you get.
I've normaly found that the intial sum of money given for season ticket sales is far higher than all the rest of the money that comes trickling in over the course of the season, but that's only with Margate. Figures may be different for other clubs.
League - Home team does indeed get all the receipts.
Season tickets - Money received when ticket(s) are bought.
F.A. Cup - 45% goes to each club, 10% to the F.A. The other English cups work in a similar matter, though the % may change slightly.

Thanks, Nobby, very understandable. To make the picture absolutely clear could me be told an average price for tickets in the lowest English divisions? I figure it to be somewhere near 5 pounds.
