Large Stadium = negative income = low wages + low reputation = crap players

It balances the books

it wont be a llama game but its hardly unrealistic. Managers start with a first club in pretty much any of the divisions. Ex-Premier League players often start with a first club in the first division (or whatever theyre calling it now).
I start in the lowest divisions because i think it makes it mroe of a challenge but its certainly not unrealistic to start at a crappy league 2 club. It even says in the manual that you have to start at at least 30 years old because they assume youve had a playing career before you take over.

As I said to my ex girlfriend...Even a 747 looks small when it's landing in the Grand Canyon!

to get semi back on topic, I just started my first real LLM game(I've played numerous times in the past as Barnet), but this is the first time I've ever followed ALL of the rules, and it makes the game about 5.68 million times harder than it previously used to be. Don't know how you boys do it, but I admit it is a great challenge.
